Through the Lantern development programme, Lantern learning hasprovided opportunities to young graduates and potential graduatesto gain skills in the environmental management industry so that theycan gain the necessary experience to kick-start their careers.
Since its inception in 2019, the Lantern Development Programmehas provided a steppingstone to over 20 candidates. to date , we successfully placed candidates in permanent employment opportunities in the environmental related sector.
