The Lantern Libraries project was developed to assist in closing the gaps that exist in children’s access to reading materials that have been developed for them in
their languages and address issues that affect them directly. 
The project will involve the establishment of containers and mobile bus libraries that
will be able to reach children in the out skirts and remote areas.
We also understand that access to books is just part of getting children to read, this
project will establish book clubs for children to read and write in an effort to inspire
them to one day write their own children’s books
